Varieties Blakeney Red, Red Longdon, Red Pear, Gin, Oldfield, Butt and various unknown heritage varietals. A slow and delicate fermentation ensued which has come to a natural stop leaving a juicy sweet acid driven perry, packed full of fresh florals and zings of citrus across the nose and palette. All at an
