In a feather light silk chiffon, it appears to have been hand embroidered with dahlia's. The centre's of the flowers have ben painstakingly embroidered in what looks like forbidden stitch. The 'hood' is a turban style, fully lined again in silk. The front brim is edged in a scalloped binding, and the crown features a soft chenille flower. It's gathered at the
